Our employees

We are 100 dedicated employees housed in Ballerup, Denmark. FDC is characterized by a good and social working environment, and we have flexible and attractive working conditions. FDC offers an attractive salary and pension scheme, health insurance and a cafeteria dedicated to healthy food.

  • After an initial consultation, we assess the candidate through a thorough testing process.

  • If the candidate is accepted, we ensure a comprehensive introduction to working in FDC – and we follow up on new employees continuously to ensure that they get the best possible start in FDC.
