FDC har gennemført en fællesudvikling for samtlige kunder, som sætter dem i stand til at møde EU’s person-datalovgivning (GDPR) til tiden. FDC leverer i en SaaS-løsning, Forsikring- og Pensionsløsninger til de førende aktører i Norden.
Den 3. januar 2018 offentliggjorde FDC, at virksomheden er blevet solgt til Total Specific Solutions (TSS). I den forbindelse har salget været omtalt i forskellige medier.
Utrecht/Ballerup, 3. januar 2018 – Forsikringens Datacenter A/S (“FDC”), en af Skandinaviens største udbydere af IT løsninger til forsikrings- og pensionsbranchen, slutter sig til Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”). Med dette virksomhedskøb træder TSS ind på det danske softwaremarked og styrker sit fodfæste i det finansielle markedssegment.
